Why purchase an Condenser Pad?
1. Protects the unit from pest, insects and critters that may cause damage to the condenser.
2. Reduce vibration from the AC against this pad so it does not hit against the ground. If a condenser is not placed on a support system like a pad, you risk damage being done each time the condenser vibrates against the ground.

GWIN Technician will come to your house and charge the line set. They will also review the install to ensure it is installed correctly. If the Technician fixes it or does other work resulting in additional fees, the customer is responsible for those charges and will be charged at technicians costs. We will not cover those additional charges under the GWIN Tech.
If GWIN LLC is unable to find a local installer within 100 miles, travel fees may be applicable.
Things such as improper wiring, leaks in connections, additional refrigeration due to improper installation that result in additional technician fees are the responsibility of the owner.
