How fast does GWIN™ respond to contact requests?

We respond to all messages within one business day — usually faster. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. Messages sent after hours or on Sunday are reviewed first thing the next business morning.

What is the fastest way to reach a real person at GWIN™?

Where is GWIN™ HVAC located?

Our headquarters is at 114 22nd Street, Old Hickory, TN 37138. We ship factory-direct to all 48 contiguous US states. We are not a brick-and-mortar storefront — we are a direct-to-homeowner manufacturer, so visits are by appointment only.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Select 'Warranty claim' as your topic above and complete the form with your model number, serial number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. A GWIN™ tech reviews every warranty claim — you will hear back within one business day. You can also call us directly at (615) 538-7979 to start the claim by phone. How do I schedule the licensed tech included with my GWIN™ system?

Once your system arrives (or as soon as you are close to install completion), visit our Schedule Your Tech page or call (615) 538-7979. The tech inspects your wiring, communication connections, and condensate drain, pressure-tests the system, vacuums, charges the refrigerant, and certifies the install. The commissioning visit is what activates your full bumper-to-bumper warranty.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories?

We ship factory-direct to the 48 contiguous US states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories, and we do not service areas within the lower 48 that are only reachable by water (such as Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, the Outer Banks islands, or Key West).

How does GWIN™ financing work?

GWIN™ offers manufacturer-direct financing — you apply directly through us, not a third-party checkout lender. We partner with our lender on the back end and absorb the lender fees on our end. The application is a soft-pull preview (no hit to your credit) and is available in all 50 states. All credit profiles are welcome. Full details on our financing page.
