Before GWIN, we spent years inside the DIY HVAC industry. We saw what customers loved — lower costs, flexibility, the freedom to install their own system. We also saw the gaps that left homeowners frustrated long after the sale.

Year 1 covers everything. 10 years on parts and the compressor.
The only DIY ductless brand offering a real bumper-to-bumper warranty on a homeowner self-install. Year 1 covers parts, labor, refrigerant, and shipping damage. If the compressor fails in year 1, we ship a new condenser AND pay the tech to replace it. Then 10 years on parts and the compressor, with free parts shipping. Transfers automatically if you sell your home.
