Register within 30 days of installation to activate full coverage. Your coverage becomes active as soon as GWIN receives a valid registration.
Yes. GWIN coverage follows the equipment's serial number, not the owner. The remaining term transfers automatically to the new homeowner — no extra paperwork.
It's printed on a label on the outdoor condenser unit, and also appears on your order confirmation email and the product packaging.
No. GWIN systems are built for DIY installation and are fully covered when you install them yourself. See the DIY mini split guide for steps that protect your coverage.
Yes. Use 'Add another serial number' to register as many units as you need in one submission — ideal for multi-zone systems.
Your coverage activates on receipt and a confirmation is emailed to you. Keep your serial number(s) on file — you'll need them to file a claim.
